A few quick basics and terms of using the services provided by WAQN.com and associated websites. Follow these and we’ll have no issues and all enjoy the benefits of adult blogging.

1. Absolutely NO ILLEGAL CONTENT.

This includes but is not limited to:

a) Images of or depicting either fictional or real models under the age of 18 years old. This is an obvious one. We do NOT tolerate anyone breaking this rule. Forget the fact that it’s illegal, it’s just disgusting and wrong. Also, no incest crap and no stories that pertain to incest or persons under the age of 18. I don’t care if you’re posting about your growing up, don’t talk about events until after you turned 18.

b) Posting copywritten material, linking to illegal websites such as torrent websites, illegal software download sites, mp3 sites, illegal tube sites, or ANY site that just isn’t legal. We check sites, we know what’s illegal, you know what’s illegal, so just don’t post it.

c) If you have to wonder if it’s legal or not, it probably isn’t so just don’t post it.

2. Don’t steal copywritten writings. Copyright notices actually hold up when it comes to original creations. This applies to images as well. I don’t care if you THINK they can’t prove it, because chances are they probably can.

3. Don’t create multiple blogs with the same exact content. It’ll only hurt, not help.

4. Don’t SPAM.

5. Don’t load up pages with a shitload of keywords. Won’t help ya.

6. No linking to any site that installs malicious software.

And now for the typical formal “TOS” which is on almost every site out there and noone hardly reads, but I’d suggest reading it:

MEMBER CONDUCT

Member represents and warrants as follows:

Member shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Member releases any liability from loss of data or any beneficial services provided from use of service.

Member shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations having the force of law, including, without limitation, those laws and regulations pertaining to intellectual property, rights of privacy and publicity, defamation, and obscenity.

Member shall not use the Services or waqn.com to transmit any communication, message, or content that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, harassing, threatening, harmful, libelous, defamatory, abusive, slanderous, hateful, racially, or ethnically objectionable or otherwise unlawful.

Member shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to The Site’s database or other computer systems.

Member shall not attempt to interfere with any other person’s use of the Services.

Member shall not use Community Services to disseminate any information about persons less than 18 years of age.

Member is responsible for al uses of their account, whether or not authorized by you. Member agrees to notify waqn.com support of any unauthorized use of their account immediately.

If owners, operators, or administrators of WAQN.com and associated websites and services deem appropriate account can and will be suspended and/or deleted. We are not hard people to get along with. We don’t have an itchy “trigger finger” either, so we will not execute the aforementioned actions without reasonable cause.

Member will not post images, depictions, or writings pertaining to underage persons, incest, rape, beastiality.

2257 links must be in place for content SOMEWHERE within your blog, clear and visible. Create a page outlining the URLs of your sponsor’s 2257 page for the sites you promote for any possible law enforcement agencies to easily identify and reference if needed.

These terms can be modified at any time. Check back for updates, but we will usually post if a change is made or an addition ot the terms. If you violate any of the aforementioned terms, you will lose your account.
